Something you're proud of in the last few days.
I made a cake for Girls' Night Out last friday and I stood against all kinds of adversity while making it. Like my 1st 12 in round cake stuck to the pan, the second one broke in half, I had to make 4 batches of buttercream icing and I ran out of vanilla and butter. In the end I salvaged what I could. It didn't look like I had originally planned for it to. However, it did look pretty good considering all my mistakes and what I had to work with.
